Russia became World Champion when the team won the final against Sweden 4-1 in Arkhangelsk Saturday 16th of March. The match was smooth and exciting from the start. At the score 1-1, for example, the teams missed a penalty stroke each. Russia was more effective in their offensive part during the end of the game and won fairly.
