The Norwegian Bandy Federation (NBF) organized this tournament Participating teams Finland, Sweden and Norway. All games were played at Bergbanen at Ullevål Stadium.
Sweden were reigning champion since the 2022 tournament. Sweden won that championship in Sweden after a big final victory against Norway 7-1. That was Swedens sixth gold medal in a row.
