Here is the 7th tournament in our summer flashback from the season 2025-2026. We give you all international tournaments from October 2025 to March 2026. In focus today is the first tournament in Pori, Finland and Women’s World Championship!

GOLD TO SWEDEN AND SILVER TO NORWAY!
The Swedish women defended the championship and won a new gold, as expected. The final game against Norway was Swedish from the start. Tilda Ström, the dominating goal scorer as usual, with 3 goals!
BRONZE TO USA!
The bronze medal match Finland-USA was goalless for long, but exciting all the way. Tamara Meuwissen scored and gave the USA a 1-0 lead. But it continued to be exciting. The final nail in the coffin occurred when Ellen Larson scored 2-0 with only extra time left. To be on the safe side, Allison Thunstrom scored
3-0 and the bronze medal match was decided.
