The Swedish forward Martin Landström, has played the last seasons for Västerås SK in the Swedish Elitserien. Last season he played 29 games, scored 22 goals and made 25 assists. Martin also played in the 3- and 4-nations tournament for Swedish national team in 5 games and scored 3 goals. Landstrom will be the first Swedish player in the history of Baikal Energy in Irkutsk. The club has reached an agreement with Landström starting with one season.

Russian-Swede Ilya Grachev has represented Baikal Energy with his dual citizenship. But Landström will be the first Swedish-born in the Irkutsk club.
Baikal Energy is now working hard to take up the fight with the Russian top clubs this winter.
