Staffan Söderlund – Sweden
Staffan was one of the most prominent leaders of the bandy history. He got the Hall of Fame award as a member in 2025.
Staffan Söderlund was Chairman of the Swedish Bandy Federation 1988-1997. He was also awarded as honorary Chairman after his long service as Chairman.
Mr. Söderlund did also win the Swedish championship title twice as Chairman of Brobergs IF, when they won the finals against Falu BS 1976 (6-2) and Sandvikens AIK 1977 (3-1).
Staffan Söderlund was not only a great leader, he was also a popular and great man. He was warm, humble, diplomatic and eloquent. His big smile was well-known.

General Secretary of FIB 1981-1989.
President of FIB 1993-1997.
