FIB General Secretary Attila Adamfi:
-I am thrilled to announce the launch of the FIB TV broadcasting live matches from the upcoming 2025 FIB World Championships Men 17 and Men 19, held between 16 and 19 January 2025.
We are proud and happy that together with Staylive, we provide the global opportunity to enjoy the best of bandy matches even at the youth tournaments. FIB TV represents more than a channel, it is a platform to bring bandy fans together providing access to live matches and archive footages.
Kjell Anderstedt, FIB Information Manager, is coordinating the broadcasts during this season together with Staylive and the Swedish Bandy Association as SBF organizes all international tournaments this season:
-To me this is a project for the future. FIB TV will secure worldwide broadcast of all international tournaments when the world of bandy hopefully changes to what it was before the war. Then there will be more FIB national member associations to organize the tournaments again. For example Russia is needed in the family of bandy as a big organizer of tournaments and FIB TV will be a natural provider to the bandy audience worldwide.
