Modified FIB Anti-Doping Regulations
The Federation of International Bandy has modified the FIB Anti-Doping Regulations at a meeting on 14 September, 2024. The modifications were approved by WADA and come into force on 1 November 2024.
Some paragraphs were added to Article 20 and 21.
- Article 20 is about Additional roles and responsibilities of athletes.
Paragraphs that has been added to this article is about providing the athletes mailing address for correspondence for formal notice purposes. - Article 21 is about Additional roles and responsibilities of athletes support personell.
A paragraph has been added about providing support personells complete mailing address where correspondence may be sent to the National Federation for formal notice purposes.
The Executive Committee also approved additional Guidelines based on current rules.
- To implement a minimum fixed fee for normal cost recovery of Anti-Doping Rule Violation.
- To implement a fine to sanction Member Associations which does not provide whereabouts information after receiving a request to do so.
- To implement slightly renewed composition of testing pools for immediate implementation
