The eight best teams from Sweden participated, the seven best teams from Russia, Ullevål from Norway and Ljusdals BK from Sweden are participating. Three
matches were played in Edsbyn and Ljusdal.
It was an all-Russian final this year as Dynamo Kazan and Dynamo Moscow battled it out for the World Cup title. Dynamo Moscow won the final 3-0 after 2-0 in half time.
Dynamo Moscow won two games in the Round Robin against IFK Vänersborg 3-1 and Edsbyns IF 5-1. Dynamo Moscow lost against Baikal Energy 1-2. Dynamo from Kazan won all three games in Round Robin, Bollnäs GIF 4-2, Hammarby IF 5-2 and Ljusdals BK 6-1.
In the quarter final Dynamo Moscow beat Sandvikens AIK 9-1 and Dynamo Kazan beat Vodnik 2-1. In the semi finals Dynamo Moscow won against Baikal Energy 6-0 and Kazan beat Yenisei in a penalty shootout after 2-2 during ordinary playing time.
